Worst place I’ve ever lived
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighbors were nice
Cons:
Most everything about this place is a con
Advice to owner:
Don’t be shitty to you tenants. Fix things, hire a new super. Do something about the cockroaches. Hire a management company as you don’t seem to be able to keep up with the building.

Big apartments unresponsive owner
Former Tenant
Pros:
Apartment sizes and views
Cons:
Floors are rarely cleaned The building manager and landlord are terrible about repairs. Hot water is OK but heat is a problem in the winter.
Advice to owner:
Clean public areas more, change property manager, more heat in the winter.
