    Nice building over all

    Pros:
    Common areas are clean, the workers are nice, heating/cooling works as expected throughout seasons
    Cons:
    Only 01 elevator for a busy building, need to share with garbage cleaning etc., super is not very responsive to fix issues with urgency. Intercom not working properly for 6months and counting

    Good and bad, better if you don't wfh.

    Pros:
    Almost never have to wait for a washer/dryer, and laundry is reasonably priced
    Free heat in the winter is great
    Porter is friendly and keeps the building clean
    Great natural light
    Cons:
    If your unit faces Crescent St, there will be construction noise. The construction is confined to normal working hours, so it's not a problem if you don't wfh. LIC in general has a lot of construction, so it's hard to avoid.

    Could use more closet space in the apartment

    Have gotten locked out of my apartment unit multiple times despite having my keys - the keys will not work every now and then, and I have to ask the doorman from next door to unlock my door.
