Recent reviews for 34-12 30 Street, Queens, NY 11106, reveal a rent-stabilized building with spacious apartments and a convenient location near transit, bars, and restaurants. Tenants highlight good neighbors and quiet noise levels. However, many express frustration with unresponsive management and ownership, citing poor maintenance, outdated electrical wiring, pest infestations, and water damage issues. Common concerns include inadequate heating, lack of safety measures like fire alarms, and weak water pressure.
