An absolute gem!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Maria the super is incredibly meticulous. The building is in great shape and she fixes things in the apartment quickly. This is probably the best apartment I ever had. The units are large and airy, close to everything you could need. The neighborhood is the perfect midpoint between Astoria and LIC. Plus the units are rent stabilized!
Cons:
It’s rent stabilized so there’s not much incentive to replace appliances. But if you’re okay with a large, affordable, no frills place on the south side of astoria, it doesn’t get better than this.
Advice to owner:
I loved living here and we’d move back in a second if you’d allow us to install a dishwasher!
