Move here if you want water damaged walls, mold, roaches and chipping paint !
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartment itself was a good size, good area.
Cons:
Management is not responsive to anything and will harass you when you try to ask them to fix things. We had water in the walls for a year, which then led to pests and they wouldn’t take care of it. The drainage of the shower is horrible which we also told them about in the beginning and they told us to take care of it. Floorboards are broken and they only clean common areas of the building 2x a year lol.
