Big space. Bad landlord

Huge apartment . Great private patio
Cons
Landlord would walk in the apt unannounced. She would leave the heat off in the winter in various days just to save money. Thermostat is in a lockbox in the apt so we watched her do it. We had to pay cash and she didn't give receipts. She frequently forgets how to speak English when you need something. Noise wasn't terrible , there was a bar two doors down that sometimes would leave its door open and our windows would take from the bass of the music blaring.
Advice to the owners
Pay sometime to manage the building. It should be a great place to live
