Love my landlords

Pros:
The owners care about long term upkeep of the building. They own the block and have an office at the top open 9-5 for any issues. They maintain the landscaping and the trash and laundry rooms are very clean
Cons:
They could keep the entry way a bit cleaner

Ice cold building with leaks. Low quality rennovations.

Neighborhood is nice and they do keep the place clean
Cons:
It's freezing, the heat never works. Cold air constantly leaking through the windows. Overpriced.
Advice to owner:
Properly renovate, don't do quick jobs. Don't allow four months of complaints to fix a problem.

That itâs deep at the end of the block and our downstairs neighbor is old as hell and trashy
