Decent not great
Former Tenant
Pros:
The neighborhood and neighbors are very friendly. The apartment I was in was very large and spacious. The super is very responsive.
Cons:
No elevator.
The seem to have been rats in the walls.
Package theft
Intercom barely works
Landlord claims to update heater but it is cold in the winter.
Advice to owner:
Turn on the heat in the winter
Seal up the walls in garbage room to keep rats out
