Eh, they tend to miss the mark

Pros:
Free water, but sometimes the water is brown at random
Cons:
How rude and cold the owner is when apartments are in need of repair. Or when tenant safety is at risk. Stairs are always covered in piss, wish there could be cameras there. Not every floor has a camera on it. Homeless people sleep or piss in the first floor.
