Building Management is the worst!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighbors are nice, building is quiet, cleaned every day, the super is nice But...
Cons:
The super doesn’t really do much work, if you need anything fixed, forget about it. It will have to go through management which takes weeks to over a month to respond back to maintenance requests. Management is unresponsive to follow up calls or emails. Lots of cockroaches.
Advice to owner:
Please take better care of your tenants
