Nice Apts, Lazy Super

Large size apartments
In building laundry

Bi-monthly pest control visits
Cons:
Elevators always broken
Virtual doorman always broken
Superintendent never fixes things
Thin walls
Can't get any other internet/cable provider except the one the building cut a deal with
Roaches and rodents are a consistent thing no matter what
Multiple units have had bedbugs and the super blames YOU and will not help in any way.
Advice to owner:
Fix the ongoing issues. Elevators and virtual doorman are constantly broken and never fixed.

Worst apartment I’ve lived in by miles

Pros:
The lobby is nice.
Cons:
Elevator often broken in a 6 floor building. People throw garbage on the floor in the trash chute and there’s mice hanging out in there.
Mice all over the apartment and can hear them running inside the walls/tub. Roaches of all size were very common. Intense mold in bathroom and eventually spread to the living room. Grew up in this apartment and my only dream was to gtfo of there asap.
