The building is roach infested, and is hard...
Former Tenant
Pros:
Is close to train station, is near schools and park, and easy to commute due to highways nearby. There is a grocery store in the walking distance.
Cons:
I have lived in this building for a couple of years now. The managing company is really hard to reach the same day, the super is hard to reach. The hallways and building is always dirty, which attract roaches, I clean my unit on a weekly basis, because at one point there was a really bad roach infestation, there is also no working bell to units and packages are often undeliverable. There was even issues about packages being stolen, but the landlord takes no accountability for the issues that happens in this building. Maintenance is only done once in a while, and there is often complains from multiple units until something gets done. Rent is affordable, but you can get better places around here for less the stress.
Advice to owner:
Fix the bell problem, put a electric opening door system. Make sure the roach problem is fixed, listen to your tenants instead of being combative.
