Worst Management company in NY
Former Tenant
Pros:
The staff is nice
Cons:
Jordan is a certified harasser, he started to pick on my kids and family and even turned things personal and questioned how I raise my kids, all because they drew on the floor of the outside patio. Now that we are leaving he is threatening us to charge us hefty prices for normal wear and tear. Stay away From Kaled Management.

Great building in FH
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is extremely clean and well maintained. The super is excellent. The staff is very friendly! The location is excellent! The apartments are spacious.
Cons:
The insulation between floors is not great.
Advice to owner:
As the other poster mentions, you should probably update the lobby. Then again, it’s almost part of the building’s charm?

Great building - happy long term renter!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very receptive staff, building is kept very clean. Some staff remembers live on site. Delightful place to live - have been there for 4 decades! Highly recommend.
Cons:
If you don’t like noise, it’s a noisy building because it’s on a high traffic corner.
Advice to owner:
Keep up the good work!

A special building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Wonderful building staff.
Cons:
Lobby decor needs updating.
Advice to owner:
Replace and update decor in the lobby to make a huge impact for minimal investment. The fresh paint will look much better without the dusty, tired fake flowers and broken, stained furniture.

Kaled Mgmt building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great neighborhood and clean building
Cons:
No heat during the winter. Building workers are union and therefore come with an attitude. Practically no insulation between floors, so you can hear your neighbors walking.
Advice to owner:
Improve the heating situation in the apartments
