Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews of 69-39 Yellowstone Boulevard praise its cleanliness, friendly staff, and spacious apartments, highlighting well-maintained common areas and responsive management. The building benefits from a great location and a welcoming community with mostly nice neighbors. However, some tenants note issues with noise due to poor floor insulation and high traffic nearby, as well as occasional heating problems in winter. The lobby décor is considered outdated and in need of refreshment to enhance the building’s appeal. While many recommend the building for its overall quality and management, a few raise concerns about management responsiveness and pest control.

Great building in FH
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is extremely clean and well maintained. The super is excellent. The staff is very friendly! The location is excellent! The apartments are spacious.
Cons:
The insulation between floors is not great.
Advice to owner:
As the other poster mentions, you should probably update the lobby. Then again, it’s almost part of the building’s charm?

Worst Management company in NY
Former Tenant
Pros:
The staff is nice
Cons:
Jordan is a certified harasser, he started to pick on my kids and family and even turned things personal and questioned how I raise my kids, all because they drew on the floor of the outside patio. Now that we are leaving he is threatening us to charge us hefty prices for normal wear and tear. Stay away From Kaled Management.
