Cozy with good people

Pros:
Supportive doormen and supers, package management was efficient, great size apartments, great access to all the best of the Forest Hills neighborhood
Cons:
Towards the end, I had issues with wall and ceiling leaks on rainy days. There was also a waterbug presence out of nowhere but I think it was because of construction from a tenant nearby.
