Kings and Queens apartments : Maryland building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighbors are fairly nice, it a family area. Superintendents are helpful as much as they can.
Cons:
Pest, Management are no help and they don’t take accountability, People steal( management won’t give records or help)

Have consideration
