Good but wouldn’t stay here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Friendly people Proactive and responsive landlord, maintenance, and doormen
Cons:
Low ceilings besides the first floor, thin walls and thin floors. Can hear every conversation my upstairs neighbors are having and every footstep they take. Sad because I like the building and people otherwise, but I wouldn’t be able to live here more than temporarily Heat is also somewhat inconsistent in the winter
