Decent enough for the price, but not without flaws

Pros:
Close to the subway, thick walls in the unit on the left and right. My unit came with a new refridgerator and stove, both worked well. Property Manager was very good and responsive,
Cons:
Occassional plumbing issues, but rare, and super came to fix quickly. Flimsy and a poorly sealed door, with large enough gaps on the side to allow roach entry from the sides and bottom (I did my best to mitigate with weather sealing and my own poison precautions). Very cold in the winter, the heat barely worked in my unit, was only kept a degree or two above legal NYC threshold. Terrible soundproofing in between the floors, you can hear every laugh, yell, loud music will vibrate your feet.
Advice to owner:
Renovate floors and/or ceilings and soundproof the units better.

Amazing neighborhood, not so much building…

Bugs and pests galore Hot water works 50/50 Super is rude Plumbing and electricity issues Elevator always out of service Female tenant is always staked out in lobby suspiciously
