We move in right after it was rebuilt. Nothing worked the first three months after moving in. Management was quick to send help but they would only provide bandaids to the issue in test of fully resolving it. During our entire lease we rarely had working heat or AC and the few times we were able to use either our electric bill would be $400+. On top of that our neighbors were constantly throwing parties at all hours of the day, often on weeknights. Management provided no remedies to the solution. Would not recommend moving here it is overpriced for the quality of living you receive.

Great location, brand new
Cons:
Loud neighbors at all times of day- management did nothing. Electric bill was constantly over $500 even with minimal heat usage in the coldest winter months. Broken beer bottles by the laundry room entrance. One washer/dryer for the whole building and the dryer doesn’t work very well. You also have to pay for the laundry that doesn’t work
