Pretty happy I left
Former Tenant
Pros:
Roof access, laundry in the building
Cons:
Apartment is awkwardly shaped, but the landlord is absolutely nonresponsive. It's an LLC and they once accidentally overcharged us >$1000 and requested that we submit payment within 2 days. When we challenged this, the point person from the LLC said they figured it out and we didn't owe anything.
