    Dreadful and unprofessional

    Pros:
    Big space. Backyard access is nice.
    Cons:
    Horrible management. Lived here for a year and it was awful from the landlords. Will not repair things. Will not respond. Lots of tenant turnover because of the lack of responsiveness of management.

    Decent, but all about money

    Repairs seemed to be fast without much hassle.

    Very responsive via email and phone.
    Cons:
    If you live with people, you all sign a joint lease, and are responsible for each other, even when someone moves out. You’re responsible for any balance left my a roommate, even as a new roommate. Luckily, my roommates were reasonable enough to not require me to pay (though I did offer, actually).
    Advice to owner:
    Go after any tenant who doesn’t pay, not current and future roommates
