Cons:
Vermin, leaks and high rent. Non-response management and inept office staff at Bronstein Properties. Typical slumlords.

Its a quiet building
Cons:
The roaches, the mice, the rats. There is an infestation. Repairs take forever. The building manager is unreliable.
