Great Potential Waiting to be Unlocked

Pros:
Building built in 1929 so apartment size is big & have space compared to building today. Transportation, food & entertainment are nearby was well as. Fire department is only two blocks away for emergencies too .
Cons:
Building maintenance needs improvement in the hallways DAILY . Nosy neighbors party a lot & leave mess around building inside & out .
