Location is convenient to my needs. New Building Manager is greater than the previous, He's done a lot of upgrades. There are now working cameras through the entire building, new intercom,
Cons
Living next to highway the windows aren’t sound proof the noise can get a bit loud at times, windows, received a better ACs. The maintenance of the building has gotten worse, no one sweep vacuums on a constant bases, Trash Builds up on the weekends because theres no 7 day Super, The basic disinfects proactive measures are not implemented, elevator isn't cleaned wiped down , mirrors aren't clean. This needs to improve 3+ years is a bit much.
Advice to the owners
Answer emails calls & text in a timely fashion, basic daily cleaning , vacuuming every other day every floor, Trash room needs to be Thoroughly cleaned, put up proper signs to instructions tenants in Trash room,mop lobby floors & elevator floor, fix elevator door, stop it from scratch metal to metal as it opens & closes. Hire Professional window cleaners monthly for outside the entire building.
A decent building

Neighbors are friendly and we’ve never had many noise issues.
Cons
Management takes a long time to manage repairs. Water is shut off drying the day without any notice (we find out from the super after it’s turned on that it’s because they were fixing a leak). Over the years, management has slacked. There used to be a really super super 10+ years ago.
