Pros:
The only thing I like is my upstairs neighbors they're very nice people good family
Cons:
Over the years my landlady have her son , roach bombing downstairs underground where the boiler room is at,they created an apartment down there, so they be bombing 2 or 3 times in a month and don't let us know so we can leave the premises, a lot of time they do it when we sleeping , I'm always waking up with a headache losing weight dizziness , it's me and my three grown children living with me my oldest daughter is 25 and she is Down syndrome with tumors growing in her body , on December 18th of this year my upstair neighbor had to call the fire department because the whole house was full of fumes from the boiler , on December 19th I had to go to Jamaica Hospital because I had chest pain and I was short of breath, when I told my landlady about me going to the hospital because of the fume she try to tell me it's because it's cold outside, she never want to own up to the things that are wrong in the building ,I been calling 311 for years on and off, she has a habit of always sending her son to harass me
Advice to owner:
Be a better landlord that's all
