    Nice Area, Building is soundproofing is AWFUL

    Nice management, nice neighborhood
    Cons:
    Soundproofing in the building is awful, can hear everything my upstairs neighbor is doing.

    your dog will like living here

    Lots of staff for building cleaning/maintenance

    Cons:
    Pest- mice and lots of roaches in general (I kept my house as clean as I could)
    They need to cater more to the pets that live in the neighborhood
    Clean up the dog park, let them roam in the gated gardens
    Advice to owner:
    Lower the rent, $2200 for a one bedroom is crazy
