Stay Away from this place
Former Tenant
Pros:
The water pressure and the updates for the apartment.
Cons:
Hardly any Heat in winter The cost to move in you have to pay 4 times. Brokers fee, security deposit, and 2 months rent. Has alot of roaches, they do not exterminate all the apartmemts. They try to solicite you for certain fixtures. They try to use their own people for you to buy furniture.
Advice to owner:
Stop being crooked in your lease and trying ro find ways to chatge people for their hard earned money. Fix your roach infestation problem by fumigating all the apartments instead of a select few. Get security. Stop trying to solicitate people with a brokers fee for an apartment that you could easily do a schedulesviewing for. Follow Covid regulations and have people wear masks.
