Uncivilized
Former Tenant
Pros:
The only thing to like about this disaster is it’s convenient location.
Cons:
Rats infested Roach infested Rude landlord Aloof landlord Unresponsive landlord They leave the place to deteriorate, no repairs Loud, obnoxious and inconsiderate neighbors
Advice to owner:
We’re people too. Like for others what you like for yourself. Stop being an uncivilized prick. When people inform you of problems related to your property, don’t ignore or curse at them.
