The most Terrible landlords!!!

Pros:
Nothing at all
Cons:
Everything! They are cheap, there are mice and rats everywhere, they don’t have a super, you go through hell and they almost curse you out when there’s a problem that is their fault, they never pay the bills, they have no garbage person, the place is nasty and filthy, they are totally illegal in many things, and the roofs are licking. Their places are falling apart just like themselves.
Advice to owner:
Maybe try to become humans
