Cheap- that’s it
Cons:
The Benlevis (LANDLORDS/OWNERS) are straight up CRIMINALS, the building is a death trap, FILTHY dirty, no superintendent, LLs show up at door unannounced whenever they see fit, nothing gets repaired properly, bugs, Ira Benlevi is a complete misogynist
