    The building as a mold and vermin issue

    Mgmt doesn’t bother you
    Neighbors are quiet
    Maintenance staff are very helpful
    Cons:
    Building isn’t clean, there are mice, American roaches and mold
    Mgmt isn’t responsive or helpful
