Plz respond to the tenants
Former Tenant
Pros:
The neighbors in the building are very nice,

Management never responds to concerns. Dog poop all over the outside sidewalks.

Decent living area
Former Tenant
Pros:
There’s a lot of space that’s affordable
Cons:
There’s mice and bugs everywhere. No matter how clean you are the mice will find a way inside. The building manager doesn’t care though.
Advice to owner:
Get a real exterminator

Horrible management
Former Tenant
Pros:
There are no pros.
Cons:
Management is lacking morals. I had to fight to get my security back when i moved out. After 4 months I finally received it. Alison belfer in the office is highly incompetent. Apartments are not worth what they charge for rent. Roaches, mice, mold and low heat is what u can expect. Thankfully i moved out of there and i am happier now.
Advice to owner:
Clean up your act. Fix your shitty apartments.
