Outrageous

Pros:
It’s great to live right by the beach and have a balcony.
Cons:
The management is not responsive. Maintenance goes unanswered and rent is extremely high. The laundry room also does not work.
Advice to owner:
Improve the quality of living. Renovate the building and hire more staff to upkeep it!
