Love the Halo

Pros:
Location is amazing with so many subways nearby. Building is clean. Staff is extremely nice. Tons of amenities although we hardly use most of them.
Cons:
The laundry rooms always have at least 25% of the machines out of order, if not 50%.

Great overall building but fairly cheap management

Luxury building in a fairly decent location, had what you needed.
Cons:
Door person was never there, management was not the most responsive, building was luxury but built in a way to save money
