good place to raise a family

Pros:
clean good management and timely. Not much to do around but the park is great. Mog mog fish shop is 10 minutes away

for 4 elevators it was pretty slow

Pros:
The doormen and staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I loved my apartment - incredibly spacious and plenty of natural light. There were never had any major issues, and for the one minor issue of only having lukewarm water in the shower one morning, I told the doorman on my way to work and management identified the problem and sent out an email notifying those affected of them working on it within an hour. The building itself doesn’t have the most amazing amenities (only a small gym), but it usually was empty. Lastly, the lease signing process was very easy and the leasing office was helpful.
Cons:
Not a con, but only an unknown - we will see how easily my security deposit is returned once I move out.
Obviously, don’t move here if you want to be close to nightlife, since the neighborhood is not big on it, but I love it since it’s quiet at night.
