Pros

All the staff are really friendly and responsive. My apt was street facing and the windows did a great job blocking outside noise. Also no noise from upstairs neighbors.

Cons

Some of the tenants were disrespectful of common areas and could be loud in the hallways. Also a bit of a smoking issue in some of the apartments though smoking was not allowed.
