    Doorman, rooftop, pool (I didn't use it much though)
    Cons:
    Can be noisy, had trouble sleeping - nearby train, neighbors (can hear through walls), AC unit making noises

    No oven in 1 bedroom apartment, not great with window cleanings/our windows get very dirty due to building design
