Thick wall to isolate noise from neighbors
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Thick wall to isolate noise from neighbors - Regular garbage cleaning to keep that room clean - Fast speed elevator - Nice view and location
Cons:
- Although the wall is thick, if your door is right across your neighbor’s, when they pass by with loud noise, shut their door hard, or having a party inside their rooms, you’ll get noise in your room thru the door. - One of the handyman is rude and unprofessional: he refused to fix the broken kitchen pipe which was dropped off and temporary sticked with tape by me. He didn’t believe the pipe came off just because I sticked it back. And he found an excuse to leave the room and never came back to fix it. Finally, another handyman came and fixed it for me. - In the last few months of my stay, I think I found bugs coming from i didnt know where. I am not sure if those bugs are bed bugs. - the packaging team is really slowly in sorting and putting package notice in system. Sometimes you had to wait for extra day to get your package

Beautiful Views, Limited Use of Amenities
Former Tenant
Pros:
Management is generally responsive and helpful. Views are great from terrace and roof.
Cons:
Really thin walls. Long waits for elevator. Rooftop pool can get extremely windy. Building maintenance folks enter apartment with no clearance. Slow to respond to maintenance requests.
Advice to owner:
Use all three elevators during peak hours.

Great building!!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Front door & Maintenance staff 10/10. The two rashad's are great guys. Really nice apartments nice finishes and very spacious. Gym equipment was always in good condition. Not many kids in the building, mostly yound professionals.
Cons:
Only 2 elevators and one doubles as a freight elevator, bit rediculous for a 44 floor building, also theres always a lot of move ins and outs. Pool can get a too busy at times, no loungers available and some parties on the roof can het a little out of hand. Rent is probably most expensive in the area. AC unit in bedroom is a quite loud and made a droaning noise.
Advice to owner:
Nothing really, its a great building, maybe lower the rent a bit

Mediocre building with luxury prices
Former Tenant
Pros:
All guys from previous management are great! Swimming pool with amazing views Location
Cons:
Leasing office workers are incredibly rude, incompetent, they only say “Hi” when they show apartments to new potential tenants. Overall new management which is Stonehenge destroyed this building. Everything is falling apart - gym equipment is in terrible condition, it is loosened, poorly maintained and dirty - swimming pool tile is dangerous to walk on - I injured myself numerous times - as a tenant I need to go through booking process to get to the pool and it is almost impossible because other tenants book a time and never showed up. As a result empty pool and we cannot use it. Pathetic to have amenities, pay for them and not be able to use - Air conditioner always breaks and in can just blow the air without cooling it or making warmer. As a result HUGE electrical bill is what I see all the time. It is summer and we are literally melting. Guys fixed it today a few hours ago and it doesn’t work again - elevators always broken. Buttons doesn’t work properly - when I had issues with my ventilation system, they simply put a tape ot top of it so it doesn’t blow a terrible smell that comes from somebody’s kitchen. How safe is that accordingly to fire department rules? - there was water leaking from the ceiling numerous times. They painted it and I had it again - restroom in the gym is closed for unknown reason
Advice to owner:
Hire polite leasing office and adequate property management who will listen to what tenants actually asked about
