    Overall pretty decent
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Good amount of space
    Amazing private balconies and shared rooftop
    Parking garage underneath was super convenient
    Supers were nice
    Screens on the windows
    Cons:
    Washer/dryers were not good and expensive
    Had a massive black mold issue they ignored for awhile and eventually had to cut out half the wall
