Maintenance is non existent

Pros:
Since new mgmt took over the place has gone down the tubes.
Cons:
New Revona mgmt nonresponsive. Can't get through on the phone for maintenance. Put on permanent hold. Dirty buildings aren't maintained. Sub par repairs made if any at all. Impossible to get a hold of anybody.
