Great Location post grad
Pros
Great location post grad of southie is not your vibe. Building manager is great and very responsive. Also has an elevator and trash bins in the basement so no near to worry about a trash schedule. Great amount of space for the price!
Cons
Parking is tough and the walls were thin so you could hear above and below. Heating is good but steam pipes running from floor to floor make units too hot in the height of winter, had to open windows most of the year.
