Perfectly Fine Building
Pros
Super close to the train station, unit was always clean - almost never experienced any pests. Maintenance would come quickly if something was urgent.
Cons
Not a lot of natural light due to shape of building. Backyard area was not kept super well, maintenance drags feet on things that are not urgent.
