Pros
Amazing location super close to the Green Line - E Brigham Circle stop (I personally did not mind the train noise), across the street from the huge Stop + Shop, also right in front of the 66 bus and decently close to the 47 (10 min walk thru Harvard Med) and Orange Line Roxbury Crossing stop. Spacious, the master bedroom and smallest room have good light in the daytime. Large kitchen, 2 full bathrooms
Cons
Floors are uneven, shell gas station sign shines directly into the street-facing rooms and it's incredibly bright, frequent mice that we always complained about, a huge hole in ceiling that water would gush out of that took a month to get fixed (fixed now, I assume), being on a main street means strict trash windows that can be hard to match, package stolen once, there were always homeless people on the doorstep actively blocking the entrance, sometimes they wouldn't move so you had to step over them to get in/out.
