high turnover, not really caring for their tenants

loud neighbors high turnover, people always moving in and out, nobody stays - suffolk students? maintenance is awful, never get anything fixed well or in a timely manner, will randomly show up no warning and enter with their key radiators work sometimes? never worked in our living room water is either scalding or cold

check in with your tenants, update appliances appropriately especially for those who have been loyal good tenants for many years
