Wonderful building, in the middle of the city, accessible to everything

Pros

- I loved the amenities - the staff was amazing - maintenance was fast - front desk handled packages very quickly

Cons

- A bit loud in terms of road noise and ambulances/police sirens - Some young college students but there are non undergrad floors

Pros

Modern, clean building with lots of great amenities. Responsive staff.

Cons

ALMOST ALL UNDERGRADS. Parties, kids, etc . Wouldn’t have moved here had I known beforehand. Also- the constant sirens from the hospital close by will drive one crazy. Literally30+ ambulances or cops going by EVERY DAY
