Great apartment with nice amenities
Pros
New appliances, in-unit washer/dryer, good light levels in 2 of the bedrooms. Nice patio space and very quiet/serene neighborhood.
Cons
Smallest bedroom is tiny and gets no light. Upstairs neighbors can be loud. A/C is not always reliable. Maintenance is slow to respond.
