Former tenant·Over 1 year ago

Horrible unit in one of the nicest neighborhoods, molds in the building units

Pros

The location, the park, the shopping centers.

Cons

The landlord's agent, Mark Newman, is a scumbag, who never responds for any call regarding the tenant's lease. The landlord just collects the rent and if a tenant asks for something to get done or fixed, he will blame the tenant for a broken staff. A one bedroom rent is 2250 a month and a two bedroom rent is 3000. There are 4 one bedroom units and 4 two bedroom units. However, the landlord refuses to get things fixed. For example, the washer isn't working and he will blame the tenants for using the washer but the washer is a coin washer, where the tenants are allowed to use it. The tenants are responsible for the snow removal. Mice are everywhere from the ground level to the penthouse. Most tenants stay for a year and move out except a couple of people.

Advice to the owners

Stop being sexist and racist. You don't live in 1930s anymore but in the 21st century!
