Overall super cute but management is annoying

-lots of space -clean -good area
Cons
-heat has gone wonky twice in the last two months -management doesn't respond quickly -little insulation from the wind and cold outside
Advice to the owners
be more responsive and comprehensive when sending people to work on the apartment
