Newly renovated in a location where there aren’t many newly renovated buildings. Modern keypad entrance and well maintained building.
Cons
Exposed brick wall, no elevator
Advice to the owners
To add air fresheners throughout the building, sometimes the smell can get intense

Great First Apartment!
Pros
During our time here, we never had any pest, water or heating problems unlike other friends in Beacon Hill. The building is very secure, close to the Red Line and over all very nice.
Cons
There’s not much to complain about, other than the current construction in Beacon Hill. The floors are also somewhat creaky, but this is mostly solved with the rug requirement.
Advice to the owners
It’s expensive, but worth it
