Generally great, don’t count on laundry

In unit heat/ac, roof space, water pressure, door security, neighbors
Cons:
Only one washer and dryer for the building, dryer doesn’t work well and washer has been broken off and on. Tap water sometimes comes out a milky color

The apartment I rented for three years was decent enough.

Pros:
The apartment building was overall clean and safe. Management provided a monthly pest control service. There was a roof deck. Plus, the area was exciting for a young person. The building's manager and landlord were really kind people; they never bumped up my rent, and I got my deposit back.
Cons:
The washer/dryer units never consistently worked. The apartment I stayed in was so small! For how much I paid, I feel like my room could have been even cheaper (there wasn't a lot of space in the living room...if you can call it that).
Advice to owner:
I think that the rent was already lowered after I left, so that's great!
