i am leaving not by choice
Former Tenant
Pros:
i lived here for nearly 6 years and loved it despite its flaws. i like how spacious it feels with the open concept kitchen/living room and the dishwasher + washer/dryer in-unit amenities.
Cons:
buzzer broke 4 years ago —it was never addressed despite everyone in the building complaining for years. every other package was stolen off our front and basement steps. crackheads on our basement steps at night occasionally. owner fudged the rent cycle on our lease that we never signed and is now demanding we pay $400 more a month starting in 3 weeks yea i still live here and im being kicked out
Advice to owner:
appreciate your tenants

Big, open, near train

The management never responds and takes months to fix basic needs
